Selling a set of completely re-worked 516 Heads. These Heads have new Hardened Seats, Springs, Bronze Guides, Shims, Teflon Seals, Retainers, Locks and Keepers. Excluding the Seats, Comp Cams supplied all parts. Valves are brand new Ferreo 208 Intake/174 Exhaust. Heads were surfaced for cleaning only so compression is still OEM. These Heads are the "CLOSED" type and will help with Quench to keep that Compression Ratio up. The Springs are capable of up to .600 lift so anything less will work in these. They are quite tame for anyone's project but will give you better performance from their re-work. The engine that they came off of is a 1965 Manufactured dated Engine. These Heads only have about 25 minutes run time on a fresh re-built 383. I changed my mind and went with Aluminum Heads for my 1966 Ply Sat Project. I have over 900.00 invested in these Heads. That being said, I want them gone from my parts stash. So I am offering them for 350.00 plus shipping. Shipping will be via UPS and will be costly but I will do the best I can to keep that charge as reasonable as possible. Shipment will be in 2 boxes and will be packaged to withstand a rough trip. If you have a preferred carrier then I am more than willing to work with them also. If interested, PM me. Price is "FIRM". Again I have way more tied up in the head work than the price I am offering so please don't insult me with a low ball counter offer. I accept PayPal, and USPS Money Orders. I will also accept Bank Drafts/Cashier Checks. "ABSOLUTELY NO WESTERN UNION OR SIMILAR FUND TRANSFERS PERIOD" These are really great Heads for the price. A number of years back, I read an article written by MOPAR MUSCLE"S Steve Dulcich in their magazine on how to improve on the 516's performance. This is what he suggested so I put it to use and have been quite happy with the results. Others in the Hobby have said the only good use for the 516's is as a Boat Anchor. I will let you be the judge. Hurry and step up to get them....cr8crshr/Tuck :blob1::blob1::blob1::blob1::blob1:
