426 Street Wedge Motor ID Plate

Does anyone know where you can purchase the Motor ID plate for the 426 Street Wedge that goes on the Air Cleaner?

If your referring to the 426 commando for the air cleaner,it is just a sticker. It is my understanding they only came on the 426 equipped Plymouth Fury. There is no engine call out sticker for dodge.

I have only seen them on 65 Satellite with 426 Wedge
