Yes and no,

If someone has bushed Sixpack rods then I am happy to use them!
This guy bushed his LY rods, nice work indeed.

You do know that a lot of engines (390 Fords for sure) just floated the rod with no bushings. So if your need is for some floated pistons you could just hone them out a bit.

FYI: 6-pk/ motorhome rods are so heavy that they will slow the acceleration rate (rpms per second) of an engine way down. I would never use them if performance is a goal.
