Fabricated, Idk who built it. Came on my 526 Indy Maxx Wedge. Had Indy SR heads on it. It is for a dual plane intake. So the center is lowered about 2 inches. Had a 6 pac set up on it. $150.00 usd shipped in Canada or the lower 48. Thanks. Kim
