What exactly is a 450 wheel. I know it is a steel wheel but what size and what markings. What year were they used?

its a 15x7 steel wheel used only in 70 and 71
i know that the part number is stamped in to them
and the last 3 digits in the part number is 450
 
Thanks Frank. I have a butt load of steel wheels that I need to go through and will I probably scarp some.
 
They are a 14 inch center with a unique 15 x 7 barrel. Pretty hard to come by.
