WTB 6 way manual seat adjuster

Hi, does anyone have or know of someone who may have a 6 way manual seat adjuster. I have a 70 GTX and want to add it to driver seat. It is unique to the 1970 b body. Attached is photo of one.

1970 B body is one year only seat frame. And is B body only

I have a 6 way seat mechanism, not sure what it was out of. Tell me what to look for and I will inspect it.
