61 Chrysler Saratoga 4-Dr Sedan Vapor lock problem

Just new to this site,i'm spending the winters in Yuma AZ but live in Victoria,BC,Canada & have just had a complete restoration done on my 61 Chrysler Saratoga 383, push button drive.I was having an issue with the car running for a few minutes & then dying out on the road.Changed the carb, fuel pump,wires & new plugs & it worked for awhile then started it all over again.From reading some info on this forum it sounds like i might have a vapor lock issue & was wondering what the best solution is to fix it.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Cheers Jim Goodwin.
