Only things modified is the upholstery, eddy carb, wheels and someone lowered the rear. Maybe just week leaf springs. Other than that it's pretty much what you got in '62.

It’s got a 64 big block swap & 4 inch lowering blocks. Was a 318 poly. And soon will have a different rear axel under it.

The 361 hp is what came standard in the top trim level Polara 500s. Four trim levels for this year. Dart, 330, 440 and Polara 500. They were pulling out all the stops to sell these.

Yep that was me. Three Max Wedge clones. Red 62 Plymouth, Red 62 Dodge has since been sold & the white 62 Dodge. The black 62 featured here is for sale & he’s finishing up a beautiful 64 Pontiac that will be for sale soon. He also sold that 72 Charger Topper x, the 69 Sting Ray sold shortly after I posted those videos. And a 63 split window Vette 427 sold.

Ok here’s the 63. The fellow that owns this car & the other two Maxie clones is Field Agent 413 on my YouTube channel. He owns an old private junk yard not open to the public. Just friends & family & restores some of the cars out of there. Others used for parts. I picked up a hood out of there for my 72 Scamp last week on my way back from an auto inspection on a 66 Thunderbird ( yes I do auto inspections too) any way here’s the best I can do on the 62 Dodge. It was a resto-mod Max Wedge theme. Tubbed & caged, street legal. He sold it for $40 grand just a couple weeks ago. I never made a video of it.

The white car is now finished. This pic was from two years ago. He was looking for one piece of chrome. It’s a Maxie clone too. Over the top resto-mod. He’s never mentioned anything about selling this one but I’m sure it will fetch a good $$$

And the now red 62. This car was mine. It was a four door 318 Poly. I sold it to Field Agent 413 about 10 years ago along with a two door hard top. I was going to have the conversation done. This is how I meet FA413. He saw the cars in the background photos of another car I was selling. He called, we talked & he came over with cash & a Dodge rollback. I also sold him a original Max Wedge intake. FA413 had the 4 to 2 door conversion done. The tough NC DMV came out to certify the title (that’s a long story, not getting into that) he put a 440 in it with Victor heads. Eddy sold him the wrong rockers. Back & forth & more money later the correct rockers finally showed up. TTI headers. I was at his shop 2 weeks ago checking out the black 62 & the red Maxie clone was still not finished. He’s doing the interior. There not only was a delay with the wrong rockers but a glass needed replacing & he had a hard time finding a good like new one. Because this was a 4 door conversation he’s not confident he’ll get his money back on this one.
