It was maybe a year or two prior to that, another couple and ourselves drove to York for the Nostalgia Nationals. I am pretty sure Ronnie was still alive, but not doing too well. My buddy, Bob, and I took in the indoor show on Friday, did a quick round of the Carlisle Chrysler Swap meet on Saturday, and went to the Nostalgia Races at Beaver Springs on Sunday. It was a busy weekend, but unforgettable! Our wives took the other vehicle and went shopping and sight seeing in the York/Lancaster area, and had a great weekend, too. I think we were tired for a week after that.
