1964 (more years possible) 426W (more engines possible) w/AC Idler pulley spacer and Idler arm w/pulley and shield, Pulley diameter 3.625" and should be 3/8" groove width. Pulley turns smoothly, OEM. I removed this from my '64 426W, so I know that it at least fits this application. Asking $55.00 plus shipping and will accept PayPal.
