My 64 Polara does not have these. Are they for AC cars?

I am not sure. Got with a large parts buy and that is how they were marked.

AC dash vents - there is also a chrome verticle one that mounts adjacent to the kick panel on the passenger side and a horizontal mounted one on the drivers side under the dash

I found some chrome vents and wasn't sure where they went. Might be the other AC vents.
