In the General Discussion section, a post was made concerning the date coded and stenciled hoses for the Mopar applications. We provide part numbered heater hoses for the 1966 to 1974 A, B and E-Body applications, but we do not have anything available for years earlier than that.
If anyone has an original car with surviving hoses, I would love to see pictures of the hose. If you should have old pieces of original hoses and can definitely tell me the time frame and application, I would gladly purchase or swap out hoses so that we can supply those hoses to the market.
Anyone with knowledge which can validate what was originally on these cars would be appreciated. Fuel line, power steering, heater hose will be considered as that area is pretty much void except for using current production hose. Just let me know your thoughts.

Are the original hoses red? Or made by dayco?

Original hoses were never red from the factory during this time frame. I believe that Dayco was just a manufacture for the aftermarket industry and may have been a OE vendor back in the day. That is the point of the question, to hopefully document what was used.

Ok I was just making sure I was doing some cleaning up and I had a set of red dayco hoses that we're we're laying on top of my 65 361 and then a set of black hoses next to it that are gates but seem alot newer.
