WTB 65 Coronet heater box

I have a 65 Coronet 500 that came without a heater box. I have purchased one that I think is correct, it has a model 731 stamped on the side. Does anyone know if this is the correct one? I am also missing the plastic transition piece on the drivers side for the defroster. Any help on this would be great. Thanks
