Out in some yards before the white stuff starts.
I look at this 4 dr w 500 trim, the owner tells me its an SE. Any enlightenment on this? I didn't get a shot of the fender tag for some reason, but I will the next time I'm out there.

Is he parting it out? I'd be interested in the front fender if there's no rust in it!

it was a trim upgrade option for 4 door only . A small rectangular SE badge was on sail panel

Thanks, I've never seen one before and thought it unusual, The rear seat has a metal tag that says SE (pictured ) as well.

Selling it whole

Buddy of mine had a factory 383-4bbl one of those, back in the 80's. Hot rodded the drivetrain, and layed waste to a bunch of unsuspecting people who weren't paying attention to the green 4-door.

The SE, as stated, was an option on the Coronet 500 four-door only. It was as luxurious a "B"-body as you were going to get in '66 and '67. They were available in 225, 318 and 383 engine options. I know of three '66 SE cars from back around 1987 or so, so I know that they had these options. The 383 car was garage-kept and extremely nice. The other two were twenty-year-old driver quality used cars. They all had vinyl and brocade cloth interiors. The 383 car had an AM/FM, too.

All 66 and 67 4 door 500s were SEs. You'll never see one with out the SE emblem.

My buddy has a 66 500 4 door SE, 318 poly. I have an old book on mid-size Dodges, and the early ads show the SE option.

Sorry, looked at million of them, but never saw that emblem on one. my bad!

The SE was an OPTION on the 500 four-door. I owned one of each (500 and 500 SE) in the '80s.
