I have not opened it up but I can here the float clank open and shut
The throttle blades are mostly stuck in the open position. They will move a few degrees. I have PB blaster on it right now which has helped.
The throttle lever has a little play
The choke opens and closes freely.
The bowl vent opens and closes freely.
The idle mixture screws move freely
No obvious signs of damage. There is a small vacume tube that is crushed on its end but it comes out of the carb easily
