66 charger emergency flasher wiring

Does anyone know how to wire emergency flasher switch on 66 charger? Has switch but no wires connected to it. Thanks!
 
There is an additional harness that plug n plays into the dash harness. My opinion is if you don't need em, don't bother.
 
I want to buy the harness? Anyone?
