66 Coronet 500 back up lights

I need both backup lights for a 1966 coronet 500. These are different than regular coronets.

How are they different? Seems 66 are all the same. 67s are different because they are bumper mount.

The 500 has the lens surrounded by the cast tail panel, standard models has a bezel.
