66 Coronet factory disk brakes

I’m trying to see what options I have before dumping$$$ on replacing the whole system. Stops good but since I’m rebuilding the front end I’d like to replace or at least cut the rotors I have but not having much luck or it’s to expensive staying original equipment

Think minimum rotor thickness is .810. One thing you should think of is how many miles you'll drive a year. If you drive your car 2k a year and you can use your old rotors they'll last 15years. If calipers are OK use them, if they leak or when calipers leak have them sleeved. If above gets you on the road buy seals, new caliper pucks and rotors over a few years to have on hand. If you put new rotors on buy wear parts for calipers. You could get many years out of your stock system.
