Is that missing the fast idle linkage on throttle side? Also can the stud come out, can break top if shipped with it in place.

Look like a good prospect for restoration. I would buy it but I already have restored one.

I would assume the fast idle is missing. Can double check. The stud is in hand tight, will remove easily.
