My 67 RT is really starting to bum me out for the lack of available trim parts for this model. I'm sure Im not the only one disappointed with PG who pulled the plug on their 67 Coronet repro finish panel citing cheap Mopar owners who won't ante up when parts become available. That's a discussion best handled another day and section on this website. But If there is anyone out there in Mopar land who can help me locate a nice restorable core, I would be much obliged because I'm running out of options.

this one of the parts that I am considering casting in aluminum. Another is the 67 440 tail light lens( in plastic of course). And the bezels in aluminum. I have been studying up on the tools and processes for several weeks now and I think I have a handle on how to proceed. Just waiting on money now. I will be posting my outcomes on here, good or bad. There's a class at a plastics manufacturer in PA in March for $400.00 that I might go to that will provide all of the materials and molds to pour the tail lights right there in class. If I have the dough by then I will go. I am working towards being able to repro several 67 and earlier car parts that nobody else will do. As a way to earn some retirement money and have something to do with my time. It is not technically hard, just start up money to get the tools and materials.

I have a trunk finish panel but its not in very good shape, I can send you pictures if you are desperate for 1. I bought an OK one last summer for $600.00 and its not perfect but was the best I could find

Thanks for getting back to me Rex. Are you saying that the OK one that you paid 600 for is for sale or just the one that's not so nice?

I have three panel for sale. They are pricey.

Thanks for your reply. Of course I would prefer a panel where there is very little pitting and nice paint over one that needs restoring. Its not going on a Hemi car but it is going on a real RT. Im very interested in hearing more so please get back to me. Thanks Carl

I am keeping the OK one for my R/T. the one that I would sell needs lots of restoration work, The metal under the chrome is pitted very badly, when I checked on having it replated (chromed) I was quoted over $1000. to have it repaired. I will try & get some pictures & post them for u. you might want to see if 72blue400 wants to sell his, or looks like snakeoil24 has 3. the only reason I mentioned the Ok one was to let you know the parts are very pricey I don't know why no one reproduces them from what I have read they made over 10,000 67 R/Ts and the same panel was used on the 500s
