WTB 67 gtx hood scoop speed nuts

Hi I have lost my speed nuts for my scoops need 4 for the chrome inserts 67 gtx or do you have a source to purchase new speed nuts thanks

I lost them in my garage I can not find them anywhere I purchased generic ones from napa will not work interfere with the hood after install

They are sold in your local parts store. Usually on a carousel with other nuts and bolts.

Been there already not that easy they interfere with the hood will gouge the paint unless you have a specific part number that I can use

If we are just talking about the chrome bezel, I recommend no speed nut. For theft protection. Rather use a SS or chrome fine thread machine screw, that threads into a matching nylock, with a flat washer between the scoop and nylock. Dont tighten fully, so that screw spins or floats. The nylock wont allow any removal from the outside. Paint the screw head flat black to match bezel.

I do not like that idea then the scoop must removed to replace it too much work
