67 Satellite project

Hey guys just picked up this baby and thought I’d share it came with a 440 and a 727 transmission both seem to be in decent condition as well as a bunch of parts. Gonna get it cleaned up and I’ll share some more pics

Cool and welcome.. My 66 is in about the same state of being.. Except had to sell my 440 to pay some bills. But eventually Ill build or slap a modern hemi into it.

The wheel wells were completely stripped out to make room for tubs but have no clue where to start as to where to put it back together

Are the outer wheel houses still in the car? If so that will help. They dont sell outer wheel houses for these cars. Just a little heads up.

The wheel tubs were removed due to the axle being narrowed.

I think I’m going to have to fabricate the wheel wells?

Well finally got the motor and transmission home looks like it was plucked out of a motor home somewhere.

The motor number is 3698330 – 1973-1978, 440 RB-series big-block

I started stripping the exterior and so far nothing to crazy motor turns freely and even the rockers are nice and firm no play.
