I have a very clean 1970 retractor in black. 75.00 plus shipping

I have a pair not black though. I believe they are dark green. Cheap i have no use for them. Hell I have the entire set. They will need to be cleaned though. Possibly dye them black. I may have a bolt or two Id have to look through the bolt bucket.

Will do. I have to go out and find them in the shed. I'll sell the whole set for 100.00 plus shipping. They are old and will either need to be cleaned or washed? Not sure how you clean old seat belts.

Here is the 68 dated retractor I have, Its black rubber with a green belt. Not the prettiest but will save you a ticket.. I know I have them both just have to dig up the other one. Pretty sure this one is the driver side.
