You are buying a Trunk Light Setup for a 68 - 70 Mopar B Body, Charger, Roadrunner, GTX, Satellite, Belvedere, Coronet, Super Bee.
This is everything except for the switch (which is readily available).
There is no damage except the connector end on the front harness has been cut off. Everything else is very nice.
This is 50.00 including shipping in the USA. Canada and other International shipping would be more.

I'm pretty sure that little harness with the yellow and pink wire is the courtesy light harness for the console.

No it is the harness that runs from the front to rear for the trunk light. The console harness has totally different connectors.
