Hi guys,

I`m converting my 69 Charger from automatic to 4-speed. I would like to trade my automatic console for a manual console in same condition. The console is in overall good condition. Let me know what you´ve got and maybe we can work something out. Maybe there is someone out there who is doin the opposite from manual to automatic. I also would be interested in trading my automatic transmission + parts for a 4-speed conversion. Currently the transmission is still in the car but will be taken out in a couple of weeks. Thanks!

Hi Steve- I just did a conversion like yours in my 70 RR. I have a few threads on it you can look at. I don't think you will find anyone to do an outright swap with you. There are many more 4 speed parts you need that are 3-4 times more expensive than the automatic parts you are removing. The console looks really nice and you can sell that easily. The auto trans might be harder, mine is for sale for 1-2 months already.It took me well over a year to collect all the parts for the 4 speed by buying them separately. There are some complete kits out there you can buy from Passon or Brewers, but they will cost you more. Also someone used a guy in NY, Elite Vintage Auto. There's a post on here about that i think. I believe he is relocating to Florida. You can Google him. Good luck with the conversion. Feel free to PM me if you have questions.

@ norcal_mike . I was more looking for a trade some how for the console but I also consider selling it. The console is from my 69 Charger and the transmission is mounted to my 1970 440
