I'm a shop teacher in NJ, and each year we build up a car with the HS kids. Most times its an A body, because thats usually what I can find, cheap. Then its sold off and hopefully, we can cover the parts $$ put into it. Unfortunately.....each car we do, we lose. (actually; I lose out of pocket)

I sold off my 70 Chally, it was TOO expensive to finish ($700 for a dashpad?.sheesh). But I still have the built 69 440-727, that no one seems to want to buy! lol. so my choices are 1) give the 440-727 away or 2) buy a decent roller to put it in. the motor is set up for a B/E body.

REAL HP cars (superbees - -RTs - RRs) are too rich for my blood at this point.
I'd like to be in the 2K range for a roller NOT requiring major work (floors, trunks, rails....you get the picture.

I'm looking for a roller (or S6 - SB car). 68-70 B body (70 Coronet ideal), Satellite, or even a 71-74 fuselage car. In NJ area please. Will consider anything....but would like a complete car and not a rotbox if possible. Been there....done the rust thing. What 'cha got???

got one....65 coronet. thanks

yes. It was for sale for a while. It's also local to me. It should work out fine for us.
