I know the gutter is reproduced for these, but if anyone - by chance - is chopping up a more-door with an intact RH gutter and a bit of the quarter panel, that'd make this repair a bit easier with less seams and HAZs to worry about.
Pic of the ugly for reference (yes, it's a mess - convenient picture taken whole hauling castaway frames from the bike shop today). P/O's body shop "fixed" most of this with fiberglass and auto mud into the quarter; not just the gutter. I know the repairs extend to the window area, but I'm tackling one thing at a time.
