Today was the first day that I have been able to see very well with this car. It took four hours to dig it out of the barn. Here is an accurate description of the car. It was started today for the first time in six years. It is a nums matching 318 air car. The air is no longer there. The butt of the car suffered because it was wedged up against a wooden door and table in the barn, so the tail end smoked in the moisture. The rails wil need replacing fron above the axle to the bumper. The rails going forward are I. Great shape from the axles forward. The floors needed up being in pretty good shape almost completely clean on the passenger side, only needing a small strip 3x7 inches. The driver side will need a larger patch, but by no mean will you need to take the entire driver side out and replace. All glass is pristine, stainless is pristine, lower door panels will need replacing. Uppers are in good shape but not perfect. Dash is just weathered but in great shape. The pad has a tiny crack. Below the rear window, and package tray usually gets it bad...but not here...it's all intact. Both bumpers have a smal ding here and there but can be worked and used. The inner housings are okay....I initially thought they were shot. Quarters will have to to either be sectioned or completely replaced. Both doors are good with the exception of half dollar sized flaking just under the keyhole. Title is clean and green.
