I have a pair of latches from a 68 Charger. About as nice as what is out there used. They include some of the linkage. The lock rods are different for 69 since they moved the locks forward in 69 so the one included won't be of much help to you but the other linkage will if you need it. One latch is missing the mounting screws.

Just a note. 68 and 69-70 are different do to the different inside lock handle location. The lever for the inside lock handle is different.
