Is 12/19/68 the build date for your car? Was asking since the old rule of thumb was that it is acceptable to have date coded parts like this from within three months of the build date.

Yes, 12/19/68 build date (69 Charger). Most folks say 4-6 weeks, but anything within 3 months probably ok.

Yes, different parts bins had different stock replenish times. GL.
