I am getting ready to start a 69 Coronet RT project. I have my list together and I have prices all AMD sheetmetal on EBAY. The reason the ebay vendor caught my eye is they offer free shipping on orders over $2500.00. Is there anyone one this site that offers similar deals? Below is a list of items I need. Some of you guys that have installed these parts and know of other parts that I will need, please add them to post.

Wheel House Outer $198.95 x 2
Wheel house Inter $198.95 x 2
Trunk pan $352.95
Rear filler Panel $119.95
Lower trunk ext $239.95

FREE SHIPPING ON SHEETMETAL ORDERS

So did I. Great guy and he gave me a quantity discount. I think shipping for about $2,000 worth of sheetmetal was $135. I saved almost twice that with the discount he gave me.

The first lump order of sheetmetal I had for the roadrunner I bought off ebay from Adeals. I would never use them again. Poor communication, wrong parts sent, inaccurate arrival date and they never returned my calls after saying "we'll get back with you." Horrible!

I got my metal

From Sherman & Assoicaites, one of the top metal suppliers with great products and price was better than others for what I needed. Very please with their stuff ,regards, CD

Dave over at Roseville Moparts. They are one of our sponsers and have treated me well for a few years now. Just my 2 cents, but I could drive to Sherman and associates and I will choose Roseville every time.

If on a budget and a do it yourselfer you could get by at 1/3 of the cost using Goodmark panels. For the $$ i can deal with a few imperfections.

my experience is..

For my car which was basically in the same condition as your car, I acually also used Roseville for some stuff as well as Sherman and found both suplliers had great stuff and good prices. Not sure why Dematt would make that comment. I have heard neg and pos about AMD and Goodmark but have no experience with them.best wishes on your project. its gonna be real nice. CD

The point of the thread was to get members opinions on where the best deals can be had and having dealt with both, I would choose Roseville every time and was just giving my two cents. Nothing more, nothing less...
And yes, that is going to be one sweet car when finished, have you made any decissions on the color combo?

I am going to paint it the way it came from the factory. Will be a long process as my time is limited.

sheet metal?

Beware,

this stuff is made in se asia and will rust appreciable quicker than what is on the car. Your old stuff is better if it can be salvaged.

anyone know if there is any truth to this? Not the over seas part but the rusting?

I'm thinking if you pre treat your body panels properly prior to installation you're going to be fine. Don't forget that most of these cars rarely will even be caught out in the rain and will not be exposed to 99% of what rusted them out in the first place.
