Hey all,

Can someone please post a photo of or tell me what the connector looks like for the Fuel/voltage/oil pressure/temp? I think it's a horizontal, 5 female pin connector but I can't find it behind the cluster which is pulled. out. The previous owner ran a new harness so I'm trying to find it. I can find all the other connectors, just not the important one.

Thanks,
Mikey

Thanks. I found that too. Damn.. I can't find that flat, wide plug anywhere and don't see any cut wires. I'll keep looknig. Maybe they dude left it on the other side of the firewall.

Maybe the dash harness in your car is for a standard non rally cluster.

I think you're right. After comparing the connections, they don't all match up. The ones for the light switch and on the left side of the cluster seem correct but the black, odd shaped 5-6 pin connector on the right doesn't match the dash receptacle. Bummer.

If you had the rally harness you would right away notice all the independent orange wires with bulb sockets for the dash lighting. The standard cluster has a printed circuit board with the twist in sockets along with a round plug the powers the cluster. If you have that round connector you know it is a standard non-rally harness.

Thanks pnora. That's what I have, indeed. A non rallye harness, then. That round connector was the givaway. I was wondering where that would connect, cuz it sure didn't look right. Crap. Guess I'll have to start searching for one or just bite the bullet and buy a new one.

Do you know if a rallye harness from a '68 Charger is the same? Or are there slight differences between cars?

Thanks,
Mikey
