Not sure which parts I need yet.
I am buying the car from a high school buddy, I havent seen the car except in photos since about 1999-01, when it was in the back of his transmission shop in Alaska where we grew up. He moved to Oklahoma in like 2003-04. the car was in fairly good shape then, just a little rust on the rockers. He was saving it for his retirement and working on his Hemi RR, which was stolen out of his garage in Oklahoma about 5-6 years ago.
He fell off a horse last year and is pretty much disabled now and hurting for money, hence why he is selling to me (I have been trying to talk him out of it for 15 years)
I know that his barn was hit by a tornado a few years back and wreck the convert frame and put a dent in the side, plus he accidentally bought some A body parts, so until I pick the car up in about 3-4 weeks I wont know exactly what I need.
He got a new frame but when he took it to the shop to have a new cover put on the guy said it was bad, but he took it back home to piece the 2 together to get one good one. Being injured I dont know if he will be able to fix it himself. I may need a new convert frame. I know we need a front bench seat cause he bought an a body seat.
I will know more in a week or so about major parts and small parts will wait until I get back to Seattle with it.
