69 RR dash switch panel--smooth or textured?

Which is the correct finish for a 69 Roadrunner dash switch panel?
I see both textured and smooth. I know I read somewhere that one is correct for 68 and the other is correct for 69.

I currently have a smooth one that someone has painted the left and right sides black and the center portion above the steering column is silver. I want to remove it and paint it all black again and freshen up the letters and trim, but before I do that, I want to be sure I have the correct style for my year.

Not sure if the Coronet followed what Roadrunners did as far as texture and color by year, maybe someone else will chime in with that answer.
But, if you need a smooth plate, I'd let my old one go dirt cheap. It will need to be blasted and painted. I ended up buying and installing a textured plate. PM me if interested.
