Guys,
Need help re installing the glovebox door on my 69 RR.
Spring tension is part of the problem, Must be a process or trick to reinstall.
Help !!

Spring tension is the ONLY problem. I seem to recall the "trick" is patience ! Its easier if the dash is out and on a bench

I open the hinge up and slide a deep socket in one end, maybe 9/16 in it to hold it open. After it is all assembled you open the spring a little and the socket rolls out.
