Hey all,
I picked up a '69 Bee in great shape with the body & undercarriage complete. It runs, drives, stops, the interior is original and in good shape. But I need to connect most of the dots. All dash wiring is needed (Rallye wiring harness on order), the inner and outer fenders are bolted on but not all the way and that includes the hood hinges. I need splash shields front and rear and for the headlights and a LOT of bolts. Can someone please tell me how the hood hinges bolt to the fenders? And how the inners bolt to the outers? It looks like the hinge bolts may go through both inner and outer fenders and attach with the large, thick washers and bolts?? And the inners to outers, as well? I have the FSM would like to know which bolts to source. I'll also need to fully reattach the grille but at least I got the headlights back in the correct order... the 3 prongers go towards the outsides, correct?
I'll have weatherstripping questions down the line, I'm sure. But I have some of it.
PS - I also have the FSM on my PC which I'm trying to dig through, as well.
Thanks all,
Mikey
