69 superbee #s match! what you think?

hey guys wats up. just want to say love the site. i just got a 69 superbee 383 auto. everything is numbers matching except the tranny and radiator. it has the fender tag and partial build sheet. its pretty rough. the original hood is gone originally had the power bulge hood. the guy put a wierd stripe on it too lol idk. it will need a complete restore but i think it would be a great one to do. i just wanted to know what everyone thought of it?!?:toothy9:

Good luck with your project. It will keep you busy for a while. I wonder what percentage of Coronets and Chargers came from the factory either F8 or F3. It seems like 90%. Must have been the hot color back then.

good luck! Just finishing up my '69. Gave up food for three months in order to pay for all the parts and such. Good thing water is free eh? Whereas food is overrated, one can NEVER understate the joys of saving a classic!
