70 b body heater and evaporator core

Can anyone tell me how to remove the ac core and heater core from the box of a 70 charger? It's p*&^ing me off!!!

That happens to me all the time.

In my polara I am positive that they suspended the A/C Heater box on a rope and then welded the car around it.

I've been searching on how to do the same. How did you get it out? Does the windshield need to come out? I need to replace the dash harness, and figured it would be a good time to rebuild the heater/ac system as well. Just getting started.
