My ‘70 GTX didn’t have the emblem. When i was researching this I came across the ICCA Resto and Judging guidelines. I couldn’t find any info on repop ones at all. You may be able to get a used one from somewhere though. Good luck in your search.

I’m trying to find one so I can scan it and 3D print them I’m pretty sure mine didn’t come with it either
