WTB 70 Lower Dash Pad

I have this one.

I could get it coloured i guess. How much?
 
Like my ex-wife it has issues. Has a rub spot on the drivers side and the towers for the wiper switch are broken. Has a soft rub spot on the pass but paint should hide that one. Other than that I don't see any cracks or broken things.
Was thinking 30.00 plus shipping.
