70 rally cluster. I be leave it came out of a charger. I call it a core, it's kind of ruff.

It should be easy to tell if it's from a Charger. Turn it over and see if it has the special headlight switch with the vacuum controls for the headlight doors.

70 charger headlight covers are actuated by electric, not vacuum as the 68-69.
