'70 rear end in a '73

How close is a '70 Coronet 8 3/4" rear end to a '73 Satellite rear end? Haven't measured or seen it yet but I have access to it as an option. How close to a bolt in is it?

Bout a 3 inch difference- If you use this as a option you will have to modify the pirch mounts .Dont quote me on the exact measuremnts.

3" is only 1.5 per side.

If it was 1" or less it really wouldn't matter.

Can you test fit it?

Not yet, I need to go get it pulled and then I can do the checking. Either way I am going to get it. If I can not use it someone else can.
