:yes:

Yup. That means it didn't have exhaust tips.....just "turn downs". Probably also had a 3 nipple breather on the passenger's valve cover and a return line to the tank

I had a 68 Runner and a 69 GTX , both were Cali cars built in the L.A. plant, I hated the "Turn Downs".
