Little background
ALL New brake lines
ALL Rear wheel cylinders
New master cylinder
New power booster
New front calipers

The master cylinder filled to top

Pedal feel, pedal does have resistance but still goes to the floor?
Also, it feels like the brakes are not releasing .
Example when I'm driving applying brakes bring the car to a stop then putting into 1 st gear then when I'm starting to go forward, it feels like the brakes are still holding.like it's taking a lot of power to get the car moving.
I cannot tell if it's the front or the back brakes

Not sure where to start

I'm throwing this out there ,,do you think the power booster rod needs an adapter to shorten the Distance to push on the diaphragm of the Master Cylinder.

Do you think the problems in the rear brakes? As for the grabbing?

How do I improve the low pedal travel to the floor?
Thank you for any help

update 10-17- 2023 I added some photos. I'm trying to do this methodically. photos are my right and rear wheel set up. Everything is new. If there's something that looks wrong please let me know.
It looks OK. I will move it to the proportion valve, and the master cylinder/ brake booster. I'll provide information on that today or tomorrow.

A pic and description of your booster and Mc setup will help everyone a bunch.

Yeah,
RemCharger is correct...
What is your set-up?
Your NEW Master Cylinder and kit...is it the original Mopar design or the aster PowerBrake set up (GM style?)
Do you have the "Pedal to Booster" arm adjusted correctly?
Porportioning Valve in good shape?
Jack up car, rotate wheels and see if any are holding or locked

The drum side of your master cylinder may have a residual valve this is to keep line pressure against the wheel cylinder cups.so that you don’t have to initially pump the brakes. Is there anyway have the lines reversed coming from your master cylinder with the drum side plumbed to your calipers? Just a thought

Low pedal is either a leak or a bad master cylinder.
Was the master bench bled?

Are the rear drums adjusted properly?

Not likely but maybe you have a small wheel cylinder leak and the shoes are grabbing in a rear wheel causing the drag from a stop. Pull the rear drums to check for this.

Another thing:
When you install a NEW Master Cylinder, you must "BLEED" the New Cylinder
It's like Priming....
Did you do this?

Are the lines to the MC reservoirs reversed?

Front reservoir is for the rear brakes.
