71-72 440 6pack setup

Here it is as I am listing this for a technically challenged friend. This intake is used on both 71 and 72 models. Has the Direct Connection mechanical carbs on it.

What you see is what you get.He is asking $1000 for it but may be a bit negotiable.

Mine looks alittle different, I cut 2 1050 dominator carbs down for 2 barrels, milled my own top plate with spread boar holes and proper bolt pattern, rebuilt the carbs and put them on, my 440 six (ramco built) short block stock with just this alteration ran low 11' quarter miles consistant, had the oval air cleaner but had to alter the bottom because the air cleaner bosses on the carb are twice the size of 2 or 4 bbl carbs, it is a runner, I'd sell mine for about 2000.00 firm

These carbs are called Holley split dominators 525CFM a piece, 1 for street, the two outboards for having troubles keeping the front end down on the 1968 Plymouth RoadRunner
