I started with some Southwestern rust free cores, beadblasted them, resurfaced the rollers and arms, used an exact size reamer to ream for bushings and rebuilt them with new pins, bushings and hardened roll pins. I sprayed them with Sikkens self etching primer while apart and left the pins unwelded so you can disassemble to paint apart. I was going to use on my 74 so I didn't have to take the power window doors off but I came up with a different plan to do my original hinges. These will work on 74 but the spring setup is different. I would dare to say these are tighter and better than new. Not many get rebuilt with a .420 reamer to size the bushings. $100 sent to you in the 48. PM and will take Paypal.
