Pistol grip lever with 7754 stamped in lever. This translates to 71 - 74 B body bench seat application from what I could find. I bought this as part of a deal on the shifter and don’t know the original application but based this assumption on research. The lever is a bolt on version not slip in style. I show some measurements to help make sure this will work for you. The condition can be seen in the pictures but it’s a diver quality piece in my opinion. Fine scratches in the chrome and some pits below the bend. Lens is in good condition. Grips are smooth from wear but in tact. Most of the defects below the bend
