71-74 parts interchange ?s

Hey guys,

I just picked my first B-body, a 71 Satellite which I plan to build a Road Runner clone. I missing a few big parts and must confess I'm not nearly as up to speed on parts interchange between B-bodies as I am with Es.

I'm looking for some bucket seat cores and factory A/C assembly, I need everything, dash, ducts, underhood components, etc.

What years of car can I look for parts in? I still find 73-74 Chargers in the yards occasionally, as well as later B-bodies (75-79)

71-74 most of those parts will work body parts on yours are 71-72 only suspension is the same 71-72 interior is 71-74 b body some things from e body like seats console about it god luck with the project

You could probably find a lot of parts here if you run into any problems finding what your looking for locally..

71-4B's 2 and 4 doors share the same dash and heater parts. Some minor changes here and there but nothing that won't work for the most part.
Rallye and standard clusters have different switches and harnesse.
72-4 wiper switch won't fit a 71 cluster frame.
74 has it's own cluster and 71 has it's own cluster frame and wiper switch.
Dash pads are the same but theres an a/c and a non-a/c dash frame. Also 71/2 is different than 73/4.
Some things like that.
If you don't find anything locally I have alot of 71/4 dash, a/c-heater and interior crap.
