71-74 use a lower steering column cover

I know the 70-76 A body use a lower steering column plastic cover part #2984581. Do our B Bodies use a similar piece or no piece? Thank you.

Nope, should look like this. There is a thin plastic split tube that goes over the bottom section of the column, but that's it.
