71 Air Grabber, whats it worth?

Just picked up a 71 383 Air Grabber RoadRunner. Car has been sitting for 30 years but is all complete. It has quite a bit of rust but not sure to what extent until I get it loaded up and can inspect it good.(Hope to pick it up within a few weeks.)
It currently has a 440 in it but im pulling that. If the car is restorable I plan on selling it complete and throwing in a complete 69 383 from a RoadRunner. So that is the background on the car, now for my question. What is a complete 71 air grabber setup worth in fair condition, needing restoration?

Selling with the hood? Also what is the condition of the hood and insert?

Hood looks great from the top, the underbracing is rotted pretty bad. So basically the air grabber minus the hood itself.
If it does come to a part out, I have a satellite hood I can use for patches or just convert it. Seems to be the same hood without the hole for the air grabber.

If the car is a rusted out hull its worth scrap price. But if the sum of all the parts that are useable is greater, part it out. Sometimes you have to know your limits on sheet metal replacement.

My specific question is what is a restorable air grabber setup worth?
Around here all cars are rusty so im well familiar with metal work. I dont plan on keeping the RR or the 3 satellites I got in the deal. I already have 3 more of my own cars awaiting restoration.
The good news is I found a second air grabber base plate while loading parts up today.

Pictures? Just a guess without them. I don't need one, my guess is $300-$500 with the base for someone that does. Really a wider range depending on the amount of restoration needed.
